The Discovery Freediving Experience is the perfect way to learn and practice the basics of freediving. You will be surprised what you are capable of!
We created this full-day experience to help people like you who want to get started in freediving but don't know where to start. We will take you by the hand and show you everything you need to know about the sport in a fun and relaxed environment!
Bring two or more friends and pay just $180 per person.
Incl: equipment, theory briefing/material, breathing/relaxation skills, practice in confined and open water and cool photos. Freediving – certification only for one day option.

Beginner course
$500 p.p.
This course is intended for both beginners and experienced freedivers who have no formal training. The course structure includes theory development, confined water skills and open water skills.
The course lasts a minimum of 3 days with morning and afternoon sessions, each training lasts approximately 2 hours. You learn theory at home (PDF Manual) and in knowledge refresher lessons with your instructor, including a theory exam.
Prerequisites:
Minimum age 18 years (16-17 years old with parental consent)
Swim 200 meters unassisted and non-stop, or 300 meters snorkel test
Inclusive:
5x Training sessions (2x Confined Water + 3x Open water sessions)
2x knowledge refresher lessons and 1 theory exam
Depth range: 0-20m

HILMA HOOKER SHIPWRECK
The Hilma Hooker was sunk in 1984 and lies perfectly on her side, close to the reef on the sandy bottom. The wreck is approximately 72 meters long, so there is a lot to discover here and make unforgettable dives and photos!
REEF EXPLORATION
Fly over the beautiful Bonairean reefs. The coral reef around Bonaire is known as one of the healthiest in the Caribbean and consists of approximately 60 different coral species. Join us to explore and have fun with your freediving skills on the open sea.
FREEDIVING SALT PIER
It is one of the most beautiful diving spots on Bonaire. Large schools of fish gather beneath the platforms, and it is a perfect place to discover macro life. Achievable for basic and advanced levels, great for exploration, fun photos and videos.

Training & Coaching

If you want to maximize your freediving performance, learn new techniques, and explore your potential, we are the best place.
Personalized training sessions and scheduled Deep Camps are available to you. Each training session increases your confidence and comfort level in the water. In our expert hands you will enjoy a training environment designed to bring out the best of your abilities, as well as learning advanced equalization techniques, visualization and breathing exercises.
You will experience training in perfect conditions, with great visibility and low to zero current all year round!
We offer a wide variety of personalized training or coaching options for everyone, including VWT training with sled.
We also have a mobile freediving platform (including counterballast system) with a standard depth of -35m.
